Marinated Olives - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil
1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. tarragon or basil
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 (12 oz.) cans pitted black olives (large)
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Preparation

Combine olive oil, vinegar, bay leaf and garlic in a small bowl.
Mix well.
Pour over olives.
Add lemon and mix.
Cover and refrigerate at least one day (2 or 3 are better).
