Coney Island Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. green chilies, chopped
    1 (7 1/2 oz.) can chili with beans
    6 frankfurter buns, split and warmed
Preparation
    Dig out a 12 x 12 foot pit and fill it with logs, which are burned and reduced to a hot ash.
    Stretch woven fence wire over the pit.
    Lay whole dressed gar on top.
    Douse gar occasionally with barbecue sauce, applied with mops.
