Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. sirloin steak
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine yogurt, oil, garlic, curry, Tabasco sauce and salt. Place steak in plastic bag. Add marinade.
Spread evenly over steak. Tie bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours (or overnight).
Remove steak from bag and grill.
