Sourdough Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. Herman Sourdough Starter
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir in Sourdough Starter and oil.
    Turn dough out on a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 to 10 minutes).
    Shape dough into 2-inch balls.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place (85\u00b0) free from drafts for about 30 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 17 minutes. It yields 15 rolls.
