Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. lean beef
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. sliced onions
1 clove garlic, minced or garlic powder
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 c. boiling water
1 small can button mushrooms
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. catsup
2/3 c. sour cream
2 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Take nice pork chops, remove all fat, wash and pound them; then season with salt and pepper.
Roll in beaten eggs and cracker crumbs and fry to a light brown.
Fry in a little grease.
