Brett'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. shortening or margarine
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add milk and shortening; cut biscuits and arrange in pan.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0.
    Makes 12 large biscuits.
