Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
    1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
    1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 can (13 3/4 oz.) chicken broth
    1 pkg. (9 oz.) French-cut green beans
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute chicken and mushrooms in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and bring to a full boil. Stir in rice, remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
