Pakistani Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken
1 big onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin seed
1 green pepper
3 medium tomatoes
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger, crushed
vegetable oil (enough to brown onion)
Preparation

Remove skin and cut chicken into small pieces.
Fry onion in oil in a pot.
When it is nearly half brown, put pieces of chicken in the pot.
Add chili powder, salt, cumin seed, ginger and garlic in it.
Let it cook about 15 minutes on high heat.
When the chicken water is almost dry, then add crushed green pepper and tomatoes.
Cook for a little while on medium heat until tomato juice is dry and the chicken is tender.
