Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 eggs
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    3 bananas (very ripe)
    3/4 c. nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. May use 1 large loaf or 2 small loaf pans. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
