Muffeletta Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 oz. jar salad olives
1 tsp. juice
6 oz. can pitted black olives and 1 tsp. juice
3 1/4 oz. capers, drained
3 stalks celery
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
Preparation

With steel blade, chop olives and capers separately in food processor, putting in large bowl as finished.
Next, chop celery and add to olive mixture.
Mix remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate in glass jars.
