Carrot-Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    14 oz. crushed pineapple
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients and add oil, carrots, drained pineapple, vanilla and eggs. Pour or spoon into 2 greased and floured regular size loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick poked into bread can be removed clean.
    Cool on cooling rack.
    (Excellent for freezing.)
