Breakfast Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 small onion, minced
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. chopped ham
    1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Layer potatoes, onion, Cheddar cheese, ham and Mozzarella cheese in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Beat eggs in bowl. Add milk and salt; mix well. Pour over layers. Cover and chill 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting into squares to serve. Serves 9 to 12.
