Strawberry Preserves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Place berries and vinegar in covered kettle.
Boil hard for one minute.
Add sugar and boil hard for about 20 minutes.
(Check for sheeting after 15 minutes.)
Put in large bowl and let sit at least 12 hours, stirring occasionally for the first few hours.
