Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash of ground cloves
dash of nutmeg
2 eggs
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add eggs, mix until blended.
Remove 1 cup of batter and set aside. Stir in pumpkin and spices.
Pour remaining batter into crust, top with pumpkin batter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Refrigerate three hours or overnight.
