Rum Sauced Peaches And Raspberries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sliced fresh peaches
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dark rum
    1 c. fresh raspberries (may substitute raspberries with other berries or sliced bananas)
Preparation
    Toss peaches with lemon juice and set aside.
    In a large skillet, over direct, medium-high heat, melt together butter and sugar.
    Add rim and stir until bubbling.
    Add the peaches and cook, stirring for about 2 minutes or just until they are slightly softened; gently stir in raspberries.
    Serve immediately over vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
