Coconut-Pecan Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Beat eggs well and add next 5 ingredients, mixing well.
    Stir in coconut and pecans; pour into prepared pastry shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake an additional 30 minutes.
