Frozen Strawberry-Banana Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 bananas, mashed
    1/2 c. frozen strawberries, thawed and mashed
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3/4 c. sugar or 18 packets Equal sweetener
    1 tsp. salt
    2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream (I use the fat-free)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and stir well.
    Pour into a 9-inch square pan.
    (Spray with pan spray first.)
    Freeze until firm. Cut into squares.
    Serves 6 to 9, depending on serving size.
