Chicken Paprika - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken, cut up
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Saute onion in butter in heavy frypan until tender.
Add paprika and mix well.
Add chicken and seasonings.
Cover; cook slowly 1/2 hour.
Turn pieces over and cook until chicken is done. Remove chicken.
