Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1/3 c. butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Rinse potatoes, sliced thoroughly; dry.
Brush 1 tablespoon butter onto bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Toss potatoes with remaining butter. Arrange a layer of potatoes on bottom and sides of pie plate; sprinkle with cheese.
Repeat layers, ending with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
