Spinach Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
Preparation
    Brown beef and add onions.
    Add next 10 ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
    Combine cottage cheese, egg and spinach.
    Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and layer ingredients as follows: noodles, half of meat sauce, noodles, cheese and spinach mixture and remainder of sauce.
    Top with Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
