Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 strips bacon
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 pods garlic, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (12 oz.) jar Ragu sauce with mushrooms
    1 small cabbage, shredded
    1 c. washed raw rice
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 large can beef broth
Preparation
    Fry
    bacon
    and
    remove
    from\tgrease.
    Saute\tonions, celery,
    bell pepper and garlic in bacon grease.
    Add mushroom soup and
    Ro-Tel tomatoes to this.\tPour in a large baking pan including
    fried bacon.
    Saute ground meat and pour Ragu sauce and beef broth to this.
    Mix everything including cabbage and raw rice;
    season to
    taste.
    Bake
    at\t350\u00b0 covered for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover and
    stir top with bread crumbs and bake another 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serves 10 to 12.
    Serve with salad.
