Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. soft margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 to 2 tsp. vanilla
    6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Mix margarine.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
    Spread in a 13 x 9 x 3-inch pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Turn off oven and let set in oven for 5 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
