Rosanna Ouellette'S Sweet Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. cream
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 (10 oz.) jar red or green cherries
    graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cream butter and powdered sugar.
    Beat in coconut, cream and almond extract.
    Drain cherries.
    Cover each cherry with a small amount of the coconut mixture to about 1/4-inch.
    Roll the balls in graham cracker crumbs.
    Refrigerate.
