Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 Tbsp. oil
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can celery soup
1 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna
2 medium tomatoes, cut in 3/4-inch chunks
2 tsp. oleo
2 slices white bread
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Prepare noodles as directed.
In 3-quart saucepan, over medium heat, cook celery and onion in oil until tender.
Stir in undiluted soup, milk and mayonnaise.
Drain noodles.
Add tuna and tomato chunks to saucepan and toss to coat.
Spoon mixture into deep 2-quart casserole.
