Pumpkin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened enough to blend
    1 tsp. pumpkin spice (optional)
    whipped cream (optional)
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
Preparation
    Blend ice cream and pumpkin.
    Add pudding mix, cinnamon and spices.
    Fold
    together as quickly and lightly as possible to prevent
    ice
    cream
    from
    becoming
    too
    soft.
    Pour
    into prepared baked crust
    and chill at least 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with whipped cream before serving.
