Chinese Meat Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 bell pepper, in strips
    1 small onion, sliced in rings
    1 can fancy Chinese vegetables
    1 can Chinese noodles
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. bouillon
    2 potatoes, cut as French fries
    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a large skillet; salt.
    Cover with celery, onion, pepper, vegetables and potatoes.
    Cover all with cabbage.
    Mix broth and soy sauce; pour over all.
    Cover.
    Heat; reduce temperature to low and cook about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
    Remove from heat; sprinkle noodles over the top.
