Pita Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    salt
    1 medium cucumber
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt
    pita bread
    3 onions, sliced
    lettuce
    tomato, diced
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1-inch chunks.
    Toss chicken with olive or salad oil, oregano and 1 teaspoon salt.
    Peel cucumber; cut lengthwise and scrape out seeds.
    Coarsely shred on paper towel. Press to remove liquid.
    Mix cucumber, yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
    Cook chicken (about 5 minutes).
    In drippings, cook onions until tender.
    Fill pita with cucumber mixture, chicken, onions, lettuce and tomato.
