Blueberry Coffeecake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. softened margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease well a 9-inch round layer cake pan.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating by hand just until combined.
Turn into pan.
Sprinkle berries on top, then sprinkle with the 2 tablespoons sugar.
Bake 55 minutes.
Cool in pan 5 to 10 minutes.
