Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. maple syrup
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter or margarine until soft.
Add honey, maple syrup and eggs.
Blend.
Sift flour with salt and soda.
Add to first mixture.
Mix well.
Add nuts, chocolate pieces and vanilla and mix.
Drop by half teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove to rack to cool completely.
Yields about 10 dozen.
