Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chicken nuggets, strips or boneless chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. butter
flour
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Beat egg and
add milk, mixing well. Wash chicken.
Dip each piece into
milk
mixture.
Roll
each
piece
in
flour seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika.
Fry in oil and butter approximately 7 to 10 minutes per side or until tender.
