Triple Lemon Treat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. flour
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    2 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
    3 c. cold milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Cut margarine into flour until mixture is crumbly.
    Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Cool.
    Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip, reserving about 1/3 to smooth over cooled pastry. Combine pudding mix and add milk.
    Beat until smooth and thickened.
    Add lemon juice.
    Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread reserved Cool Whip over top.
