Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. mashed banana
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1/2 c. sour milk in which 1 tsp. baking soda has been added and dissolved
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
2 c. flour

Preparation

Cream together shortening and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients in order given.
Line layer cake pans with wax paper. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
