Lemon Chess Pie * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 lemon (rind and juice)
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar; add salt, butter and lemon.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake in a preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes, or until done.
