Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage (bulk)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 small jar pimentos
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    pinch of salt
    1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook sausage (not brown); add celery, onions and bell pepper. Cook until tender.
    Add pimentos, soup, milk, salt and rice to mixture.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Bake 50 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven; add topping and bake 10 minutes.
