Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or chicken
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. dried oregano
    2 tsp. dried basil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into 1 inch balls.
    Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
    Arrange balls on sheet.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 8 minutes.
    Turn.
    Bake 5 to 7 minutes more.
    Serve with tomato sauce or chili-grape jelly sauce (50-50). Freeze leftovers.
