Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 large potatoes
    1 pkg. shredded Velveeta
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and mash. Add cheese, butter, sour cream and green onions. Mix together well. Bake in 9 x 13 dish at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
