Zucchini Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, unpared and thinly sliced or grated
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 (4 oz.) shredded Provolone
    1 tomato, peeled and wedged (optional)
    1/2 red or green pepper, chopped
    1 to 2 Tbsp. bacon, fried and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except Provolone, adding desired optional ingredients last.
    Spread in greased 8 x 12-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with shredded Provolone.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden and set.
