Cheese Bites - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. softened margarine
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation

Beat margarine at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually add cheese, beating well.
Combine flour, salt and red pepper; gradually add to cheese mixture, mixing well. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
Roll dough into 3/4-inch balls, and freeze until firm.
Place frozen cheese balls on a baking sheet; bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
Yields 3 dozen.
