Ham Wrap Arounds - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices cooked ham, cut 1/4-inch thick
2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked and drained
3 c. cubed French bread, toasted
3 c. (12 oz. pkg.) shredded Swiss cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation

Wrap ham slices around broccoli spears and place in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Heat wine in saucepan. Mix cheese and flour, while stirring, add to wine.
Stir until smooth, then stir in mustard and garlic powder.
Pour sauce over all in dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Toast French bread cubes.
Add to the top of casserole, right before serving.
