Onion Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium onions, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. caraway seed
3 eggs, beaten
4 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation

Saute onions in butter in a skillet.
Blend the sour cream, flour, salt, pepper and caraway seed.
Beat in eggs.
Stir in bacon and onions.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is set.
Let stand a few minutes.
Cut into wedges to serve.
Makes 16 appetizers.
