Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. ketchup
    1 c. water
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 large onions
    3 large green peppers
Preparation
    Cut meat in strips and brown in butter; add flour to meat and stir.
    Mix together the ketchup, water, soy sauce, bouillon and pepper and add to meat.
    Simmer covered 45 minutes; add onions, sliced, green pepper and sliced mushrooms.
    Simmer 45 minutes more. Serve with rice or noodles.
