Shrimp Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. warm water
2 cans small shrimp, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green onion
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Heat together soup and cheese.
Add gelatin that has just been dissolved in warm water.
(Do not dissolve ahead.) Stir in shrimp, celery, onion and mayonnaise.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic salt and Tabasco sauce.
Chill at least 2 hours in mold sprayed with Pam.
Serve with Ritz crackers.
