Pumpkin Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 tsp. vegetable oil plus fruit juice to equal 1/4 c.
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 tsp. baking powder
    sugar substitute to equal 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. pumpkin (canned)
    1/2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Cut in shortening.
    Add egg, pumpkin and milk.
    Stir in raisins.
    Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray, or use paper liners.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 9 muffins.
