Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. shredded cheese (medium or sharp)
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick margarine
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
Preparation

Cook broccoli about 5 minutes and drain well.
Melt margarine in 9-inch pie plate.
In separate bowl, mix all ingredients and add melted margarine in also.
Pour mixture back into pie plate and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes or until brown.
