Overnight Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until foamy.
    Add sugar and continue beating. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and baking soda.
    Mix in nuts with spatula and spoon into greased pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until toothpick when inserted comes out dry. Refrigerate overnight.
    Top with 4 ounces whipped cream before serving.
