Eggs Ortega - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Ortega brand chilies, diced
    2 bricks (Cracker Barrel size) Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex baking dish. Beat eggs, milk and flour.
    Layer cheese and chilies in dish.
    Pour egg mixture over top.
    Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 8.
