Baked Fish With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen fish fillets
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 can (32 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 c. dry sherry or wine
1 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Unwrap fish fillets and let stand at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cut each block into 2 or 3 portions.
Place slightly apart in greased shallow 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole. Stir mushroom soup, instant minced onion, sliced mushrooms, dill weed and sherry or wine.
Spread soup mix over fish.
Bake uncovered at 450\u00b0 until fish is almost opaque, 22 to 26 minutes. Toss croutons with butter.
Sprinkle over fish and bake about 5 minutes more until croutons are brown.
