Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 unbaked pie crusts
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
pinch of salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add slightly beaten egg and rhubarb.
Fill pie with rhubarb mixture, top with oleo.
Apply top pie crust.
Cut holes for vents.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and decrease oven to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
