Parsley Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Rice
    1 1/2 qts. Milk
    1/2 tsp Salt
    3/4 lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
    6 Eggs, well beaten
    2 Cloves Garlic, finely minced
    2 Tbsp. Butter
    1 sm. Bunch Parsley, finely chopped
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in the order given, mix well.
    Pour into a 9x14-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about one hour.
    Serves about 12.
