Raspberry Delight Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
3 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. boiling water
3 oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Drain raspberries, reserving liquid. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add reserved liquid and enough cold water to measure 3/4 cup. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in fruit and miniature marshmallows. Pour into a 2-quart mold. Chill until almost firm. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Cool. Gradually add to mayonnaise, mixing until blended. Fold in whipped cream and pour over molded layer. Chill until firm. Unmold and garnish as desired.
